K-Bay home is located on the edge of the village, bordering a small quiet canyon, a block from Kealakekua Bay . . . all second or third story "units." There are several "units" available as follows that will accommodate a single person to a large group.

1.	PENTHOUSE: sleeps up to 5 people ( 1 queen, 2 or 3 twins-convertible to king)- third story with beautiful ocean and mountain views, 2 enclosed bedrooms, full bath with jacuzzi tub, large outdoor lanai with living room and kitchen.
2.	COTTAGE: sleeps up to 5 people (2 queens and 1 twin) - 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with queen and twin, half kitchen, full bath, front porch with mountain view.
3.	PENTHOUSE PLUS MAIN HOUSE: sleeps up to 9 people; Features Penthouse(above) plus additional second story MAIN HOUSE with a state of the art kitchen with granite counters, stainless side by side refridgerator, stove and appliances and many extras. Also an extra bedroom(2 twins or 1 king), a Cubby with twin bed, living room with full futon couch and extra couches and 1/2 bath.
4.	COTTAGE PLUS MAIN HOUSE: (connected by breezeway): sleeps up to 9 people ---see above descriptions for Cottage and Main House.
5.	PENTHOUSE, COTTAGE, and MAIN HOUSE: sleeps up to 12 (1 to 3 additional on floor futons)---see above descriptions for all.
6.	Ask us about additional rooms available for large groups.
There is a large enclosed outdoor shower available to all units.

Penthouse with Lanai

PENTHOUSE: Spectaular views of Kealakekua Bay, the coastline southward, and the pali (mountain) from the third floor open screened lanai (porches) of the Main house. The house is surrounded by tall landscape giving privacy and capturing nature's beauty by bringing the "OUTSIDE IN". Bordering a quiet canyon, a multitude of birds are in flight, filling the air with song; like being in an aviary.

Ceiling fans and the screened windows allow for steady air flow and airy breezes.

BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms: one with a queen beds and one with two twins (convertible to a king plus a twin). Portable futons available for the Lanai. Will
sleep 1-6 people.

AMENITIES: Kitchenette with 3/4 refridgerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils.(Juicer upon request)

Portable stereo with tape and CD player, BBQ, washer and dryer, lawn area . . . Cable TV and VCR/DVD available in Main House and Cottage.
We have friendly outdoor cats and dogs . . . not too noisy . . . just offering security.

PERSONAL SERVICES: The ocean is an easy one-block walk from the house.

Relaxation modalities such as: ACUPUNCTURE & MASSAGE are available by appointment.

BUGS: Insects are unavoidable living in a tropical climate. We miminize their presence and provide natural bug sprays for the occasional encounters.

Noise: Sections of our units are open air to allow us to merge with the beauty of nature. However, noise does tend to carry to nearby neighbors and vacation rentals. We ask our tenants to respect a noise ordinance of no yelling and to please be quiet after 10 PM and before 8 AM. If you are planning a reunion or party, please inform owners.

Animals: We do have outdoor dogs who are well chaparoned and do not bark excessively. There are also friendly cats...if you have allergies, please inform us.
